Create a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Individuals come to counselling to get help with personal, relationship, and work issues. These people are interested in learning skills to improve their emotional well-being and relationships. With the ultimate goal of creating a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

It is essential in counselling to have connection and trust. This supports you in feeling comfortable and safe enough to work on hard things.

Reaching out to a counsellor can be scary and uncomfortable.

Maybe you have learned you are supposed to solve your own problems. Or maybe you have had experiences where trust was broken.

You have tried everything, nothing is changing, and you are frustrated.

You realize it is time to try something different and want to seek help from a professional counsellor.

You may be experiencing some of these common problems:

• Anxiety & stress related to home and/or work life that may play out in all aspects of your life.

• Feeling low, discouraged, or disconnected. Or experiencing depression.

• Anger and irritability.

• Communication issues with family, friends, or coworkers.

• Past distressing events are affecting you today.

• Don’t feel like you’re good enough, lack confidence, or feel lonely.

• Unmotivated and dissatisfied with your work life or career.

• Feeling lost and overwhelmed in life due to death of a loved one.

I offer private sessions to a wide range of ages, lifestyles, and employment backgrounds.

We may focus on building self-trust and confidence, setting boundaries, and recognizing no longer helpful habits.

I help people:

• Feel more in charge of their life.

• Have more communication and better relationships.

• Be more capable of managing painful issues from the past.

• Feel more satisfied and fulfilled.

• Be calmer and more relaxed.

• Feel more confident and have more meaningful connections.

Creative Problem Solving

I may use art therapy and expressive therapy when it is appropriate, and my clients are comfortable. This could include art making, in the office or in nature, movement, or sand tray therapy. No experience is necessary.

Time for self

As my practice is located in a treed area away from busy life, you can focus solely on you. On your drive out, you can enjoy some music, audiobooks, or podcasts.

On your drive home, you have the time to shake off the session and prepare yourself to re-enter your world.
